The whitish spots may appear in certain baby body parts and even the whole body. Parents must consider whether the skin problems in babies is an early symptom of an allergy to cow's milk or not. If necessary consult your baby to the doctor. If it is really an early symptom of milk allergy it should be replaced with non-allergenic milk or replace it with exclusive breastfeeding.
But in some cases these spots also appear in infants who are breastfed exclusively. When the cause is exclusive breastfeeding, the doctor usually will help finding the cause of the allergy and advised the mother to avoid the intake of certain foods.
